FAQ & SHIPPING INFORMATION

Charmora.com partners with global suppliers to find you the best deals around the world. This means that your order is shipped from global areas such as Taiwan, China, Hong Kong, Philippines, etc. 

Because we ship directly from our partners in these countries, your item may take 7-26 days to arrive. Please do not panic if it does not show up immediately, it's on its way. 

How much is shipping?

This depends on the product ordered and where we're shipping to. We have many items in our store that have FREE Shipping.  For a promotional item, shipping and handling is usually less than $10. 

What payment options are available?

Currently, we support Credit Card and PayPal payments. With a PayPal account, you can also use your credit card (even if you do not have a PayPal account) to make your payments securely.

Once you click submit, you will be redirected to PayPal. If you do not have a PayPal account, you can still make a payment by entering your credit card details through PayPal by clicking "No PayPal account?," then pay using your credit or debit card.

How secure is my personal information?

Charmora.com adheres to highest industry standards to protect your personal information.

Your credit card information and personal details are encrypted during transmission using SSL (secure socket layer) technology, which is widely used on the Internet for processing payments. 

Your credit card information is only used to complete the requested transaction and is not subsequently stored.

When will my order arrive?

This depends on the product ordered. Most items will arrive in about 7-26 days. If you have any questions about your order, please email us. We're happy to help.

Do you provide tracking numbers?

Unfortunately, some of our global suppliers do not provide tracking numbers, but when they do, we email them to you immediately.  

Do you provide international shipping?

We successfully ship a lot of products worldwide each day. We have many happy customers around the globe! For International orders, delivery time is 2-5 weeks. 

Do you offer expedited shipping services?

Expedited or express shipping service is not currently available. 

I ordered multiple items, but only received one... where's the rest of my order?

We have a large assortment of products not stocked in house, therefore, when you order multiple items at a time, they may be shipped separately so they get to you faster. You may receive one item before the next. So, don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once…they are on the way. 

Why have I not received any order confirmation details?

Most times, this is because our customers have accidentally entered their email address wrong or the email went to the spam folder. Throughout the process we send 3-4 emails, including an order confirmation, a fulfillment notice, and a shipping notice. Check your spam folder first. If you believe you may have entered your email wrong, please contact us, and we will fix it for you.

Are the promotional items really one dollar or less?

YES! For our promotional items, all you have to pay is the shipping and handling costs. The price of the item itself is usually one dollar or less. The Shipping and Handling is usually less than $10 if you're only ordering one item.  

Are you scamming us?
    NO! You would be amazed at how often this comes up. When it comes to our promotional items, some people think that the shipping and handling cost is too high and it isn't worth it. Or they think that the deal is too good to be true and they question our legitimacy. While we are aware it may not be possible to keep everyone happy, we promise you that our merchandise is 100% legitimate. If you make an order, we will do everything in our power to ensure your happiness with your purchase. The whole point of our promotional items is to increase customer satisfaction and build a loyal consumer audience.

    What is your return policy?

    Charmora.com will gladly accept returns free of charge for merchandise credit. Your purchase may be returned for up to 30 days from the date you originally received it, less shipping and handling. Click here to see the Return Policy.

    What can I do if my gift won't arrive in time?

    If your order was intended as a gift and it won't arrive in time for when you need it, you can print a picture of the item and include it in a special card to let the recipient know what's coming.
